Sorrel Drink, also known as Sorrel Hibiscus Drink, is a refreshing and tangy floral Caribbean beverage with a beautiful ruby red colour. This drink is bursting with flavours, thanks to the various spices used in its preparation. It is a non-alcoholic drink.
The Sorrel Hibiscus flower, the main ingredient in this drink, is known to be rich in antioxidants.
For optimal enjoyment, it is recommended to chill the Sorrel drink before serving. This flavourful beverage complements Rum or Whisky beautifully, resulting in a tantalising cocktail. It also serves as a great non-alcoholic alternative to red wine.

Sorrel Hibiscus Gin Cocktail
60 ml Gin (Buy a quality Gin)
125ml KimBeAu Sorrel Drink
125ml Tonic Water
2-3 Ice Cubes,...
2 thin slices of lemon for garnish
Instructions:
Add Gin, KimBeAu Sorrel drink and ice and top up with tonic water. Stir well, garnish the glass with the slices of lemon and serve.
