Caribbean Sunday Lunch

Growing up in Trinidad and Tobago, Tobago was the ideal place to explore my childhood, playing around, visit family, climbing mango tree, eating mango on my Grandmother's back step all in the name of childhood fun. I started cooking at an early age and recreating dishes, Oh how I loved to cook.
I love being that fun filled little girl.
On Sunday's the morn was that you'd cook your best Sunday lunch, this was not limited just to my home, but was a tradition across Tobago.
These were fantastic times, bring back the ole time days.
