What is Seasoning?
Seasoning is a combination of herbs and spices that impart flavour.
Herbs are wildly used in Chicken, Meat or Fish, and dishes such as pasta, rice, pastries and the list go on, it’s uniqueness add flavour and aroma, that brings out a piquant flavour.
Before seasoning, I usually wash my MCF, after which I apply seasoning and leave to marinate for a minimum of one hour.
However, some MCF is seasoned for as little as 15 mins before cooking. Moreover, this depends on the MCF & recipe along with individual style and taste.
