Love Cupcakes

Who love cupcakes, say cupcakes, say I love you, I want to eat you cupcake. Cupcakes are one of those types of cakes that are so petite but yummy, and the more you eat, the more you want to eat. 

I love a combination of sweet and fruity flavours as the topping. Incorporating fruits or fruity gel into the buttercream or ganache pairs well and allows for a great aromatic flavour combination.

I find that vanilla cupcakes made with real vanilla bean pair well with ganache made with dark chocolate and a hint of rum.
