What are vitamins - vitamins are organic substance, that the body needs in small amount, and which cannot be synthesis by it, therefore it must be consumed.
There are two types of Vitamins:
1. Water Soluble - vitamin C and all the B vitamins
2. Fat Soluble - vitamins A, D, E & K
2. Fat Soluble - vitamins A, D, E & K
