Where is my order?
Thank you for shopping with KimBeAu! Here's how to find out where your order is.
Step 1 – Check your confirmation email
When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Most of our orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7 days from your dispatch email before contacting us, as delivery times can vary.
Step 2 – Log into your account
If you have a KimBeAu account, you can view your order status and fulfilment updates by logging in.
Step 3 – Haven't received a dispatch email?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you haven't received a dispatch notification, your order may still be being lovingly packed. Please allow up to 7 days from your order date before getting in touch.
